No you don't El Capitan version 10.11.0 is no longer available for download.
When Apple releases an OS it will go into the App Store, in the case of Mac OS X El Capitan ver as 10.11.0.
When Apple released an update for El Capitan, they removed the old installer from the App Store
and replaced it with ver 10.11.1, this carried on until the last version 10.11.6 was released.
